EconomyBridge has config.yml config file with a few settings available.

PlaceholderAPI_In_Format
If you have PlaceholderAPI installed, you can enable PlaceholderAPI_In_Format: true option to allow placeholders in currencys's Format option.
This might be useful for custom icons added by Nexo, ItemsAdder or similar plugins.

Disabled_Currencies
You can disable specific currency from being registered by EconomyBridge on load.
Disabled currencies won't be available for other plugins using EconomyBridge API.
To disable a currency, you must know its identifier (ID).
