Open Cooldown
In ExcellentCrates you can set crate open cooldowns on per-player basis.
You can setup crate open cooldowns using the editor.

Setup
- Open the editor -> Crates -> Select a crate.
- Left click the Open Cooldown button.
- Enter cooldown in seconds in chat.
Use 0 as a cooldown value to disable the cooldown feature.
Use -1 as a cooldown value to make the crate one-timed (so cooldown never resets).
You will be able to open crates without a cooldown if you have bypass permission.
