# Auto-Join

In ExcellentJobs you can assign certain jobs to new players when they join the server for the first time.

To do that, open the settings.yml config file of desired job(s) and search for the Initial_State setting. By default it's set to INACTIVE, which means players must join the job manually. Set it to PRIMARY or SECONDARY to assign the job as primary or secondary job for the player on join.
